Job Overview
Accountant will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities of the Company and will report to the
Chief Accountant.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implementation of the company's daily accounting activities,
  • Entering accurate and primary documents of information into the accounting system,
  • Input and accounting of assets
  • Participation in the inventory,
  • Input and registration of sold goods,
  • Documentation,
  • Drafting contracts,
  • Accepting applications from employees,

Required Qualifications
  • Higher education in accounting, finance

An Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of CEO. His/her duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, organizing CEO’s schedule, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements preparing expense reports.

Job Overview
The Parts manager should comprehend and possess a thorough knowledge of the parts business.
He/she should fulfill his/her position by staying updated on technical data to improve overall parts
operations.
He/she is also in charge for the Aftersales service process. He/ she cooperates with the aftersales

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages warehouse and stock as per the logistic procedures implemented by the Company (e.g. inbound goods reception, spare parts returned goods, handling, outbound delivery, and store handling)
  • Manages merchandise information, including materials, shape, and condition of parts
  • Aware of and circulates the technical and regulatory documentation from the brand

The After Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing all aspects of the after sales experience for the
customer and maintaining customer relationships to measure satisfaction and encourage future sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
  • Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs requested and/or recommended
  • Provide technical support as required to verify vehicle operating issues; warranty repair procedures and customer concerns.
  • Advise customers on which service or maintenance may be required to be performed on their vehicle
  • Process customer vehicles in accordance with Brand Guidelines and provide a quality ownership experience at all times
  • Effective management of dealer tools, equipment, and diagnostic aids
