Job Overview
Accountant will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities of the Company and will report to the
Chief Accountant.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implementation of the company's daily accounting activities,
  • Entering accurate and primary documents of information into the accounting system,
  • Input and accounting of assets
  • Participation in the inventory,
  • Input and registration of sold goods,
  • Documentation,
  • Drafting contracts,
  • Accepting applications from employees,
  • Preparation of relevant information for monthly/annual closing,
  • Participation in tax and financial audit,
  • All other tasks requested by the Chief Accountant.
Required Qualifications
  • Higher education in accounting, finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting,
  • Knowledge of the "Armenian Software - Enterprise" program,
  • Knowledge of computer programs of MS office, such as MS Word, MS Excel,
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages,
  • High awareness of responsibility and integrity in work,
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Job Overview
An Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of CEO. His/her duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, organizing CEO’s schedule, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements preparing expense reports.

Job Overview
The After Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing all aspects of the after sales experience for the
customer and maintaining customer relationships to measure satisfaction and encourage future sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
  • Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs requested and/or recommended
  • Provide technical support as required to verify vehicle operating issues; warranty repair procedures and customer concerns.
  • Advise customers on which service or maintenance may be required to be performed on their vehicle
  • Process customer vehicles in accordance with Brand Guidelines and provide a quality ownership experience at all times
  • Effective management of dealer tools, equipment, and diagnostic aids
  • Ascertain the customer’s automotive problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting technical visual inspections; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules as appropriate
  • Advise customers on the required vital jobs, providing detailed explanation and technical justification for the repairs and obtain approval from customers to proceed
  • Determine services needed by reviewing service history and referencing manufacturer service intervals
  • Track the vehicle through the workshop, remaining in constant communication with the customer during the repair process, updating the customer as required
  • Handle minor client complaints and/or misunderstandings
  • Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of the service personnel
  • Provide cross-functional assistance to other Departments (Finance, Sales and Marketing)
  • Manage the service department personnel and daily operations
  • Ensure quality of work, attitude and performance meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals
  • Report to management any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the dealership
  • Work with the parts department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use parts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Customer service and service sales work experience preferably in automotive sphere
  • The ability to demonstrate a high level of automotive industry knowledge combined within an Aftersales customer focused environment
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Supervisory or management experience preferably in automotive customer service
  • Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
  • Management skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication, (especially verbal & written) skills in English
  • IT literate with strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

The goal of Marketing Manager is to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies and
accomplish them. Day to day, he/she may draft reports, create or coordinate content, track results, be

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications;
  • A minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing specialist;
  • Creativity to develop effective strategies and campaigns;
  • Excellent communication, written and oral presentation skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of traditional and digital marketing methods;
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge;
  • Strong command over SEO/SEM techniques and tools;
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Good command of Armenian, English and Russian.
